About the project
The McLane Group commissioned webfire to build an online application which empowered project teams to identify their strengths and weaknesses as well as their chances of achieving their project goals.
What we did
We built a web application that utilises the latest advancements in web technology to bring an immersive experience to users of the system. Members can sign-up for an account online, invite team members to fill out an online questionnaire, and then the system applies algorithms to the data to measure team performance and chances of success in achieving their goals. The system is fully automated which gives project teams access to tailored feedback without the need for a team of Management Consultants.
